Eric Jozwiak – Founder and President
Eric founded Keystone Business Services to provide business consulting focused on helping mid-market businesses leverage on-demand software solutions to grow revenue and increase profitability. Eric leads the accounting and finance deployments for on-demand financial applications. Prior to starting up Keystone, Eric held executive leadership and business development roles at several technology and communications firms, including WAN Technologies, NewPath Communications, and Ameritech. Eric’s experience also includes international business development and finance roles at Amoco Corporation. Eric holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in General Engineering from the University of Illinois College of Engineering.
Michael Wakefield - Vice President
In 2009, Michael joined Keystone after acquiring the Software as a Service consulting practice he led for the prior three years. Michael specializes in CRM deployments, on-demand software customization and process design. Michael held leadership positions at several business consulting firms before joining Keystone. He also held marketing positions at software companies including Veritas Software (data management), Tecnomatix Technologies (virtual robotic/production modeling), and Future Three (automotive EDI). Michael received an MBA with an emphasis in International Business from the University of Toledo and a BA in Marketing from Cedarville University.
Kevin Silha - Lead Developer
Kevin is responsible for driving the cloud-based technology vision for Keystone and its customers. In his role as Lead Developer, Kevin is deeply involved in most NetSuite and Saleforce.com implementation projects, and manages all aspects of Keystone's Cloud Integration Platform. Prior to Keystone, Kevin held a variety of technical and functional roles throughout a diverse set of industries such as financial services, manufacturing, and advertising. Kevin’s expertise includes systems planning and analysis, custom application development, and cloud infrastructure administration via Amazon Web Services. Kevin holds an MBA in information systems management from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS in commerce from DePaul University.
