Developer
Keystone Business Services is seeking an experienced developer that is proficient in customization and integration of Cloud Computing platforms such as Salesforce.com or NetSuite (CRM and/or ERP). We are a growing consulting and software integration firm based in Chicago IL. This is a great opportunity to showcase your development skills while working with some of the fastest growing technologies in the market.
Our ideal candidate possesses a combination of strong development background, excellent analytical skills, good customer-facing skills and a solid understanding of business systems. You’ll have an opportunity to be involved in all phases of the software lifecycle including sales engineering, requirements gathering, solution architecture, and development.
Requirements
- You must be a self-starter, and have solid real-world experience in application development.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies
- 3+ yrs of software development experience, and user interface development
- 1+ yrs of development with C# and/or Java
- 1+ yrs of JavaScript experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com and/or NetSuite development. Strong candidates may substitute experience with other ERP or CRM systems such as Oracle Apps, Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains, Navision), SAP, Siebel, Intacct, Sage, etc.
- Knowledge of transactional business processing
- Understanding of design patterns

Keystone has an immediate need for a CRM Consultant at its Oak Brook, IL and Detroit, MI office. The consultant will have the opportunity to both make a significant and immediate contribution to our clients’ businesses through leadership roles on client engagements.
The CRM Consultant manages clients through their entire lifecycle – from the initial assessment of their needs through designing the solution that solves the client’s business challenges, developing the solution, and implementing the solution. Post implementation, you’ll provide ongoing application support for clients and will also help them continuously modify/enhance their configuration as their needs change.
Experience
- Up to 3 years application administration and configuration experience with leading on-demand CRM solutions such as salesforce.com and NetSuite
- Proven experience supporting business solutions that address customer business and process requirements
- Understanding of common industry business practices in Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and/or Customer Service
- Experience in a business analyst role, analyzing a client’s business processes and translating them into Configuration Blueprints and/or Functional Requirements
- Experience in a Project Management role for software implementation projects
- Salesforce.com Consultant, Salesforce.com Administrator, NetSuite, or similar certification with other on-demand CRM applications
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML, and Web Services
